Katie's Vows
Because of you, my life is here, in the home we built and filled with love that we now share amongst our family and friends. We’ve woven a life together where we are dependent and in need of eachother and now we have a future to experience that is unknown. So today, I would like to recommit to our the love we’ve created and I vow to:
Give you life with hope, when things may feel hopeless,
Give you strength when you don’t feel strong,
Give you peace when you are restless
Give you the space to change and grow even when I want to keep you as you are.
Give you the partner you deserve to grow old with and be by your side alway
Mike's Vows
I promise to be 100% loyal, committed and faithful to you for as long as we live.
I promise to always put “we” before “me” and will try to always think of your needs before thinking of my own.
As we age, I promise to take care of you, to be there for you when you get sick, and to be by your side as our bodies begin to fail us. Likewise, I promise to take care of my health and well being so I won’t be a burden to you.
I will encourage and support your creativity, uniqueness and individuality. I promise to allow you to be your own person, and encourage you to develop your own friends, interests and hobbies. Likewise, I promise to continue to grow as a person, to keep learning and challenging myself so I will be an interesting companion for you.
Most importantly, I hope to play mixed doubles with you for as long as our bodies will allow, and I promise to get my own overheads, run down those lobs for you, and put away my volleys at the net.
