I met Jackie through mutual friends my Senior of high school summer at some friends house…..I will never forget that day. She was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. For me it was love at first sight, I will always remember what she was wearing….A light blue colored jumper, she had beautiful tan skin and blondish brown hair. I introduced myself and said hello…. she was dating someone at the time so I went along my way. Weeks had gone by and we ran a cross each other again at a party we spoke briefly and that was that. I was with some friends a few weeks later and asked about her….they said she had broken up with her boyfriend and was single again. I asked my friend for her number and he obliged. My friend and I had a get together at our house with some mutual friends and I called to invite her. That was a great day….she said yes. That night we talked all night… and just like that I was falling in love. Luckily for me I guess she liked me to. The party ended and we made plans to see each other again……the next day. We went on a walk and spoke about anything and everything. From that day we have been in love and have spent the last 16.5 years together. She makes me a better man and am very fortunate to have her as my wife and best friend.
